USJF, Konan Yudanshakai and Saito-Dojo are pleased to host a two-day clinic aimed at teaching how to coach Junior High and High School aged judo players.
The clinic is planned for the Saito Dojo at the Birmingham MI YMCA on Saturday, February 19 from 1pm – 4pm and on Sunday, February 20 from noon-3pm.

We are fortunate to have a very special clinician from Fukuoka, Japan, home of the SANIX Tournament, leading the clinics: Mr. Hiroaki Kugisaki.

- Teacher & Head Judo Coach at Hakko Junior High School
- Competed in All-Japan Weight Category Championships, -60 kg
- Many of his students have become Japanese National Team members and medallists at All-Japan Weight Category Championships, international championships, and the Olympic Games (current National Team – Masahiko Tomouchi, -81 kg)
