Konan Athlete Support Grant Report – Elyor Serikbaev

This summer Konan Judo Association awarded travel support grants to three promising young competitors, Carson Furneaux of Saito Dojo and Elyor Serikbaev and Isaac Charmichael of Chu To Bu Judo. Each received $500.

Elyor Serikbaev trains at Pedro Judo Center in Boston, and used his grant to help pay for his travel to the 2019 US Open, where he placed 1st in the IJF 90 kg. category.  Congratulations, Elyor!
