Registration:    12:15pm – 12:45pm

Clinic Start:     1pm to 3:50pm (includes some break time)

Randori:           4pm to 4:45pm

Requirements:  Need current USJI, USJF, USJA card for each participant and a Waiver and Release of Liability and Agreement to Participate must be completed

Cost:    $30 for Pre-registration (good reason, clinic fee can be refundable),  $40 for on site registration

Coach Nakano’s Judo Achievements:

  • Black Belt 4th Dan
  • Trained Marti Malloy – 2012 Olympic Bronze Medalist, 2013 Silver Medalist World Championships for USA
  • 1st place 2012 and 2013 National Collegiate Judo Championships

 2014 Pan Americans Recap: WE GOT GOLD!

Marti MalloyThe results are in for Team USA at the 2014 Pan Americans in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Olympic medalist, Marti Malloy, won the gold medal in her category.

 Defeating Rafaela Silva, world champion from Brazil, Marti Malloy fought a very strategic encounter. With impeccable tactic and an assertive game plan put together with the help of 4-time Olympian coach Jimmy Pedro, Marti won by shido in the finals against Silva, earning her the number one spot on the podium with the gold!

The last mail in deadline for entry registration is Saturday, April 19.  Envelopes must be postmarked no later than 4/19 to receive the mail in fee.
On line registration is open until Wednesday April 30.

Yoshisada Yonezuka is a 2 time US Olympic Judo, and 3 time World Judo coach well known and respected in the community on a national and international level.

Recently diagnosed with MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome) his family and friends are trying to spread the word about the bone marrow registry for patients like him in need of a transplant.
