When:             Saturday, May 17, 2014

Registration:    12:15pm – 12:45pm

Clinic Start:     1pm to 3:50pm (includes some break time)

Randori:           4pm to 4:45pm

Requirements:  Need current USJI, USJF, USJA card for each participant and a Waiver and Release of Liability and Agreement to Participate must be completed

Cost:    $30 for Pre-registration (good reason, clinic fee can be refundable),  $40 for on site registration
