Please note, verification of U.S. Citizenship and date of birth must be verified in the database prior to registering on line.  For verification, please send a copy of the athletes birth certificate or picture passport page  by e-mail or fax to 719-866-4733.  Verification will only be processed during normal business hours, 8:00am-4:00pm mst Monday through Friday.
