Konan Judo

Hi all,

There is new concussion legislation in Michigan.  Click here for the info sheet/waiver form.  If you have junior athletes attending the GLO, this must be signed by a parent or guardian.  The can be signed on site, but if your student’s parent is not attending, please have them sign in advance and bring it along.
