Konan Judo

Thanks to all attendees at Saturday’s IJF Rules Clinic, hosted by Noboru Saito-sensei at Saito-dojo at the Birmingham Family Y.

In addition to on-the-mat practical training sessions, applying the rules to mock matches,  a classroom session was held reviewing the following materials:

• USA issued IJF Judo Rules Bulletin
• Video clips
  • View online (Internet connection required to play)
  • Download zip file with video player and clips (once downloaded, no Internet connection is needed to play)
