Attention Coaches, Referees and Competitors:

Please attend this important clinic which will explain the 2013 IJF Rule changes.  These changes are designed to encourage action and to further differentiate judo from other grappling sports. Although they may appear to be a minor natural progression from the present rules, adopting and adopting to these rules will be challenging for all shia participants: referees, coaches and players.
