USA JUDO NEW RULES CLARIFICATIONS

USA Judo Logo Vertical 2009 RPlease click this link to the rule clarifications that was prepared by the USA Judo Referee Commission and USA Judo High Performance based on the rule changes meeting held in Mexico City last weekend.  Note that these rules do not go into effect until March 22, 2013, after both the Konan Invitational and the Michigan Open.
